Start From A Real Artifact
The source should be something you already made: a delivery checklist, customer question, pricing note, product page, calculator, or case-study outline. AI repurposing works better when the input contains real operating detail.
The Four Outputs
Use one artifact to create:
- A short article or newsletter issue.
- A concise social post.
- A five-minute video outline.
- A product or template CTA.
Each output should preserve the same idea but adapt the format. Do not copy the same paragraph everywhere.
The Prompt Shape
Give Codex the source artifact and ask for:
- The audience.
- The problem.
- One practical lesson.
- The proof point from the artifact.
- The shortest useful CTA.
Then review the result for accuracy, tone, and unsupported claims.
The Operating Cadence
One source per week is enough for a small content engine. The system should produce fewer, more useful pieces instead of flooding channels with generic posts.
Review Checklist
- Every claim can be traced to the source.
- No fake engagement or automated upload.
- The CTA is relevant to the topic.
